Who is responsible?

plugins.shop is operated by A.M.E.X. Internet Marketing ltd, Makariou III, No.9, Larnaca, 7530, Cyprus. We are the controller for personal information we process in connection with this website and its temporary demos.

What happens when you browse?

Our collection, product, company and policy pages present our plugins and link to their own websites. Those showcase pages have no accounts, checkout, contact forms, analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos or social-media widgets. The homepage showcase, collection search and optional Free or Pro chooser use local scripts. Selecting a product, searching the collection and switching screenshots send no information and save no preferences. The chooser is described below. These pages do not save preferences in your browser. Fonts and product images are served with the site. The optional antivirus.ai practice area has the separate essential functions described below.

Your browser must send technical information, such as your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information, to the infrastructure delivering the page. This is different from analytics. Hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver content, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.

The Free or Pro chooser

The premium plugin guide compares the requirements you select in this tab. Your answers are not sent to us or a product website, and are not saved in cookies, local storage or session storage. There is no account or email requirement.

Copying a brief or a share link writes to your clipboard only when you choose that action. A share link includes the selected requirements after the # in the address, so anyone receiving it can reopen those choices. That part of the address is processed in the browser and is not sent with the page request; it can remain in browser history or wherever you share the link. Do not add personal or confidential information to a shared link.

Optional antivirus.ai practice sites

The area at /antivirus-demo/ lets you open a temporary WordPress practice site without signing up. Its pages use JavaScript, forms and essential cookies so you can explore the plugin, save practice settings, run sample scans and manage your workspace. Changes and connection choices stay inside your temporary site. They do not connect an external service or authorise AI processing.

The workspace cannot send email or make external network connections. Explanation examples are editorial text, not live AI responses. No payment, licence activation or marketing subscription is created. Use the supplied sample content and do not enter real customer information, credentials or confidential material.

Access ends after 30 minutes; a cleanup worker deletes the temporary site. You can also end and delete it, or reset it, from the demo controls. Minimal session records contain the edition, start and expiry times, status and random identifiers. They are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after creation once workspace cleanup has completed; failed cleanup can delay deletion. Abuse-limit records contain keyed hashes of the browser identifier and network address and are removed after one hour. They are not used for marketing or cross-site tracking. Why information may be processed

Where we process technical information to deliver and protect this website, our basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your message on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to meet a legal obligation when handling a data-protection request. Please do not include payment details or passwords.

Cookies and similar storage

Our showcase code sets no cookies and does not use local storage, session storage or browser fingerprinting. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when its website protection features require them. The optional demo uses an essential browser-ownership cookie that expires after 24 hours, together with WordPress sign-in and interface cookies for the workspace. There are no analytics or advertising cookies and no optional tracking features to accept or reject. Read our cookie information for the distinction and browser controls.

Providers and international transfers

Our website and mailbox run on our GoDaddy VPS in the United States. Outgoing email passes through GoDaddy’s mail relay. Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS, HTTPS website delivery and protection, and stores encrypted recovery backups in R2. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Only authorised administrators have access to the mailbox and recovery keys.

Using these services can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The providers’ data-processing terms describe safeguards for restricted transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses: GoDaddy’s data-processing addendum and Cloudflare’s data-processing addendum. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

This website does not retain web access logs. The server processes connection and security information to operate the service and prevent abuse. Mail delivery and authentication logs include addresses, delivery results and connection information; they are rotated weekly with four archived copies. System security records are also subject to the server’s storage limits.

We review enquiry correspondence and aim to delete closed enquiries within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing request, legal obligation or dispute requires longer. You can ask us to erase information earlier where applicable. Mailbox recovery snapshots are encrypted and retained for 30 days; deleted messages can remain in those recovery copies until expiry. Recovery copies are restricted to restoration, not used for advertising or routine correspondence.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing; this showcase does not ask for analytics or advertising consent.

Contact hello@plugins.shop to make a request. We normally respond within one month and may request proportionate information to verify your identity. If an extension is permitted, we will explain why.

You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

When you visit a product website

The linked product websites are separate websites with their own privacy notices, cookie behaviour and purchase terms. They are contacted only when you follow a link. We do not add tracking parameters to those links, and this site requests that your browser send no referrer information.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the site’s processing changes. Any future optional tracking would need a fresh review and appropriate controls before activation.
