Free and Pro: choose by the work

Newsletter Platform Free

You need newsletter design/editing, contacts and a welcome journey, with consent, suppression and reviewed sending controls.

  • Ten editable newsletter designs. Visual editing, reusable sections, autosave, undo and revisions; use published posts and optional WooCommerce products.
  • Editable five-email welcome journey. A complete editable welcome sequence and five-step first-newsletter setup guide.
  • Contacts, tags and reviewed CSV. Review contact imports, privacy requests, double opt-in, unsubscribe and suppression.
  • Signup block, shortcode and optional forms. Optional footer/exit forms; WooCommerce checkout/registration consent and a welcome coupon are available when configured.
  • Sending controls and optional basic click reports. Windows, rate/frequency controls and uncertain-delivery review. Basic click reporting is optional and off by default.

Newsletter Platform Pro

You need more designs, reusable kits, recurring post-digest drafts, purchase audiences or a second administrator’s campaign review.

  • 72 additional designs and portable kits. More editable starting points and portable reusable design kits; Free already includes the editor and ten designs.
  • Recurring post-digest drafts. Prepare recurring drafts for review; preparing a draft does not authorize a send.
  • Purchase audiences and three follow-up recipes. Four per-email purchase conditions with sample send/skip/hold review; not an arbitrary branching canvas.
  • Campaign review and optional matched-order reports. Exact-campaign review by a different existing administrator, plus optional journey/matched-order reporting; not client invitations or a central fleet dashboard.

Current public release: Public Free 0.1.0-beta.6; matched Pro beta.6 is supplied separately for evaluation. Public Pro sales and pricing are not announced. Reviewed 6 October 2026. Check the official website for current downloads, prices and purchase terms. Purchases and accounts are handled on the brand website.

A practical example

Design a newsletter and test the Free welcome journey with your own inbox. Evaluate Pro for a recurring digest draft that another existing administrator must review before sending.

A sensible first setup

Requirements: WordPress 6.5+ and PHP 8.0+ for the public Free beta. WooCommerce is optional; a configured WordPress mail transport is required for sending.

  1. Install Free beta.6 first and only matched Pro beta.6 if supplied; test the beta on staging.
  2. Configure your sender, review import consent/suppression and send a deliberate test to your own inbox.
  3. Review the exact audience, links and campaign; explicitly enable sending/forms only after the setup checks pass.
