Sovelta theme + Core
You need a complete studio website, unlimited projects, visual editing, basic brand controls and a private enquiry inbox.
- Theme plus independent Free Core plugin. The Sovelta theme handles appearance and ordinary WordPress pages/posts. Optional Core adds portfolio and enquiry tools and can retain projects when you change themes.
- Unlimited projects and native editing. Project categories, facts, live portfolio blocks and native WordPress export; no required account, project cap or watermark.
- Visual editing and private drafts. Direct text/image selection, separate content/design publishing, local undo/redo and reviewed revision recovery; native block editing remains available.
- Reviewed Studio starter and brand controls. One complete Studio starter, basic colors/bundled fonts and responsive controls. Review draft creation or separate homepage/menu/design assignments; existing content is preserved.
- Private enquiry inbox and basic export. Configurable enquiry form, New/Reviewed/Replied statuses, Enquiry Manager role, complete basic CSV and explicit notification diagnostics/resend.
- Shared details, site care and launch review. Explicit public studio details, local host diagnostics, privacy retention/export/erasure, settings transfer/recovery and guided read-only launch checks.
- Local project share cards. One credited SVG card design with optional browser PNG export. Eligible images are local WordPress uploads; review rights and credits.
Sovelta Pro
You need specialist starter designs, advanced typography/layouts, curated client presentations, richer enquiry follow-up or reviewed content transfer.
- Ten specialist starters and advanced design. Ten reviewed starters, advanced typography, licensed local WOFF2 fonts and native-block header/footer compositions; importing does not automatically publish.
- Curated portfolios and presentation kits. Named collections, visual ordering, public filters, related work, printable pitches and authorized image kits; two extra share-card layouts and batches up to twelve.
- Private frozen client presentations. Preview selected work before creating an expiring link; protected host storage is required. Links can be rotated/revoked, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
- Conditional intake and staff follow-up. Up to eight conditional questions, optional three-step form, owners, deal stages, next actions, notes, saved views, calendar and recorded-action reports.
- Optional reminders and signed webhooks. Explicitly configured staff reminders and a signed webhook connection; mail/provider transport must be tested. No mandatory hosted account is required for local features.
- Reviewed content transfers and client handoff. Up to twenty selected pages/posts/projects, supported local images/facts and an appearance draft; imports create new drafts. Excludes credentials, enquiries, private presentations and unrelated data.
- Reviewed local release kits. Optional supplied matched kits with explicit component review and interruption recovery; this is separate from eligible private update access. Native WordPress updates remain available in Free.

A practical example
Use the Free theme and Core to publish a studio portfolio and receive an enquiry. Add Pro when a selected collection needs a branded, expiring client presentation or staff need assigned follow-up tasks.
A sensible first setup
Requirements: WordPress 6.6+ and PHP 8.0+. Install the theme under Appearance and Core/Pro under Plugins. Some image, ZIP, webhook and presentation tools need additional host capabilities.
- On a fresh site, install the theme through Appearance and optional Core through Plugins; add only a matched separately supplied Pro plugin.
- For existing Sovelta, back up first and replace Core, then theme, then Pro without uninstalling. Existing FORMA requires the official migration guide; do not activate both suites together.
- Review starter drafts, real content, public studio details, enquiry delivery and any presentation storage before publishing or sharing.

What data does the public demo use?
The separate editing demo at www.themes.shop/try/ creates a temporary WordPress workspace that expires after 30 minutes; new workspaces use 1.10.2, with fictional content and outgoing email disabled. Historical read-only examples remain FORMA 1.7.0, and the static design comparison uses 1.9.0 output; its selected files stay in the browser tab. These are different previews.
Where should I get the installer and support?
Use Themes.shop for the current release and support. This catalogue does not host installers or process purchases. Free and Pro can be separate plugins; follow the product’s installation instructions.
